During my recent escape to Prato, I had the pleasure of staying at Accanto Al Centro B&B, a delightful haven that marries comfort with convenience. Sonia, our attentive host, epitomized genuine hospitality, providing helpful insights about the local area and even gifting us a map bursting with culinary recommendations - a true treasure for any food enthusiast. Our spacious room, equipped with a super-king size bed, kettle, and a flat-screen TV, was a haven after a day of exploring. The en suite bathroom, though modestly sized, was well-stocked with free toiletries, enhancing the overall comfort of our stay. I found the breakfast to be a delightful affair, served promptly at 8 am, featuring excellent coffee and a medley of pastries, fruit, and eggs, all for an astonishingly reasonable EUR 5 - a small price for such a wonderful start to the day. Positioned conveniently within a 15-minute stroll from Prato Cathedral and a mere 150 meters from the historic Castello dell'Imperatore, everything we desired was effortlessly accessible. The surrounding area boasted charming shops, gelato places, and inviting restaurants, allowing us to experience the local culture and cuisine intimately. Accanto Al Centro B&B presents not only a comfortable retreat but also fosters a sense of community, reflecting the relationships we build while travelling. With its excellent facilities and Sonia's warmth, I wholeheartedly recommend this B&B.
